The yellow alert explained that the area could see up to 90-kilometre-an-hour winds, 30 to 50 millimetres of rain, and dime-sized hail due to a line of thunderstorms between Amherstburg and Brigden.
The severe thunderstorm warning was in place for both Sarnia and Windsor, but has since ended.
