One person dead after crash in Mount Forest

One person is dead after a single vehicle crash in Mount Forest.

Emergency services were called to the scene on Highway 6 between Sideroad 3 and Sideroad 4 just before 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 4.

Wellington OPP said the vehicle left the roadway and ended up in the ditch.

The driver, a 53-year-old from Mount Forest, suffered serious life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead on scene.

OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management Enforcement Team is assisting with the investigation.
