Chatham-Kent police say a 38-year-old man from Wallaceburg faces multiple charges, including flight from police following a bizarre incident at a home in Wallaceburg.
Police allege the suspect was irate and screaming while in a vehicle parked in the driveway of the residence on Friday night.
They also allege he was breaching his court-ordered release conditions, which prohibited him from attending the residence or communicating with individuals at that location.
According to police, he failed to get out of his vehicle when asked by officers and allegedly sped off through the neighbourhood at approximately 80 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone.
A warrant was issued for his arrest and the accused was arrested on Saturday in Chatham.
He is charged with three counts of failing to comply with a release order, as well as dangerous driving and flight from police.
