Home Invasion Arrest
A Chatham woman wanted in connection to a violent Chatham home invasion in August has turned herself in at Chatham-Kent (CK) police headquarters.
CK police said the 42-year-old woman was arrested on Monday afternoon, processed, and released with a future court date of December 12, 2026.
She is charged with break and enter, armed robbery, assault, wearing a disguise with intent, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault causing bodily harm, and uttering threats.
Police said they continue to investigate the home invasion robbery that occurred on Delaware Avenue in Chatham on August 10.

Impaired Driving Charge
A man, who Chatham-Kent police allege blew three times over the legal alcohol limit, has been charged with impaired driving following a crash near North Buxton.
CK police said the single-vehicle crash happened near A.D. Shadd Line and Seventh Line on Monday afternoon.
The 21-year-old Raleigh Township man was charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit.

Intimate Partner Violence Assault Charge
A 44-year-old Chatham man has been charged with assault after allegedly assaulting his partner during an altercation.
Chatham-Kent police reported the intimate partner violence incident took place on Grand Avenue East in Chatham on Monday night.
