An employment expo will be held next week to address a growing demand for personal support workers (PSW) in Sarnia-Lambton.
Lambton Works Centre and the S&R Group will hold a dedicated hiring event on Tuesday, August 18 at the Lambton Shared Services Centre, at 162 Lochiel St. in Sarnia.
It's aimed at connecting certified PSWs with immediate job openings, according to Job Developer with Lambton Works Employment Services Scott Case.
He said the event is designed to streamline the hiring process by offering on-site interviews for qualified candidates.
Pre-registration is required. Job seekers must submit a resume to [email protected] by Monday, August 17.
Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted directly by event organizers.
