Sarnia Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire call early Friday morning at Lambton Mall Road.
It happened at around 4:45 a.m. at a business in the retail plaza between Finch Drive and Exmouth Street.
The blaze was quickly contained and no injuries were reported.
The fire has been deemed suspicious and the Sarnia Police Service said it's being investigated as an arson.
"At this stage of the investigation, limited information is available for release," read an SPS media release. "Investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident and are actively working to identify those responsible."
