Emergency services responded to the collision this afternoon at the intersection of Hwy 21 and Kincardine Avenue.
A spokesperson for South Bruce OPP said that two people suffered minor injuries.
The highway was closed between Bruce Avenue and Russell Street but reopened around 4 p.m.
The proposed project is reportedly estimated to invest around $1.9 billion into the municipality.
