Four people are in custody following an investigation in Merlin early Tuesday morning.
Chatham-Kent police say they were investigating an alleged home invasion involving a firearm, which led them to a residence just outside of Merlin.
Officers secured the area near Aberdeen Street, and four adults were taken into custody.
Police continue to investigate and say there is no concern for public safety at this time.
