Nine local players to suit up for PJHL All-Star Game

Chatham-Kent teams will be well represented at the 2026 Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL) All-Star Game.

The Stobbs Division will take on the Yeck Division at the North Middlesex and District Arena at 1 p.m. on Sunday, January 11.

The forwards include Aaron Highfield and Alex Simpson from the Walpole Island Wild, Vito Alfano and Josh Chauvin from the Wheatley Omstead Sharks, Colton Graham, Cameron Graham, and Maclean Norris from the Dresden Kings, and Tyler Trealout from the Blenheim Blades.

Defenceman Ethan Waddick from the Blenheim Blades is also on the team.

The Dresden Kings will coach the team with Mike Oliveria named the head coach, and Tom VanEerd the assistant.

The divisions are competing for home-ice advantage in the Conference Finals.
